F&I

    Menu Presentation

Menu presentation is the F&I best practice of presenting all available aftermarket products to every customer in a structured, compliant format — usually as four side-by-side payment options.

What it means on the floor

A proper menu presentation eliminates discrimination risk, increases product penetration, and shortens the F&I interview. The four-column menu (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Base) lets the customer choose their level of protection rather than being sold one product at a time. Dealerships using disciplined menu presentation see 30–60% higher per-vehicle-retail (PVR) profit.
