End-to-End Platform

One agentic AI platform for the entire dealership lifecycle

DealerSpark.Ai is the end-to-end agentic AI training platform for auto dealerships. One system covers BDC phone-ups, the showroom floor, the desk, the F&I box, and the service drive — with dedicated voice coaches for sales (Maverick), F&I (Sterling), and service (Atlas), plus a manager suite that turns every rep's practice into gross-profit lift.

    The problem

Most dealers stitch together a video LMS, a BDC script tool, an F&I compliance course, a service CSI training and a manager-meeting binder. Reps get five disconnected experiences, managers get five dashboards, and nothing actually connects a phone-up to the walk-around to the menu to the multi-point inspection. Training becomes a checkbox, not a system.

    What changes

    • One platform for BDC, Floor, Desk, F&I, and Service
    • Three specialist voice coaches — Maverick, Sterling, Atlas
    • Every rep drills the exact conversation they'll have tomorrow
    • Manager suite ties every practice rep to real store KPIs
    • Multi-rooftop rollout with consistent process across every store
    • Replaces 4–6 point-solution vendors with one subscription

    How it works

    Phase 1 — Inbound BDC

Cold phone-ups, internet-lead call-backs, appointment-setting scripts, tone and objection drills against a live AI customer.

    Phase 2 — Showroom Floor

Meet-and-greet, qualification, walk-around, demo drive, and turnover (T.O.) reps that scale in difficulty as the salesperson improves.

    Phase 3 — Desking & Close

Pencil presentations, trade-in bridges, payment objections, and same-day-yes closing conversations.

    Phase 4 — F&I with Coach Sterling

Menu presentation, VSC, GAP, ancillary, sub-prime handling, and compliance drills covering the full F&I office conversation.

Phase 5 — Service Drive with Coach Atlas

MPI walk, declined-service recovery, upsell language, and CSI-protecting scripts for advisors and writers.

    Manager Suite

AI Meeting Prep generator, skill heatmaps, engagement dashboards, and 1:1 coaching prompts across every seat in the store.

    Who it's for

    • Dealer principals who want one platform, not five vendors
    • GMs standardizing process across multiple rooftops
    • Training directors tired of stitching content together
    • Sales managers who need practice to actually move KPIs
    • F&I directors protecting PVR and compliance
    • Service managers protecting HPR, ELR, and CSI

    Frequently asked questions

What does 'end-to-end' actually mean here?+
Every conversation a dealership rep has — phone, floor, desk, box, service lane — has a coach, a scoring rubric, and a manager view inside DealerSpark. You do not need a second product for any part of the sale or service process.
Do we have to roll out every phase at once?+
No. Most dealers start with one department (typically Sales or F&I), prove ROI in 30 days, then add the other coaches. The platform is one login regardless of how many phases you turn on.
How is this different from an LMS plus an AI roleplay tool?+
An LMS is passive video. An AI roleplay tool is one department. DealerSpark is a purpose-built agentic system where the practice, the analytics, and the manager tools are one product designed for automotive retail — not a stack of tabs.
Does it replace our current CRM or DMS?+
No. DealerSpark integrates with dealership CRMs (Salesforce, VinSolutions, DealerSocket — beta) and complements the DMS. It replaces training vendors, not operational systems.
    Multi-rooftop pricing?+
Volume-based per rooftop and per seat. Contact us for a group quote — dealer groups typically consolidate 3–5 training vendors into DealerSpark.
