    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using DealerSpark AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a dealership or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

    2. Description of Service

    DealerSpark AI provides AI-powered voice coaching, training modules, chat assistance, and performance analytics for automotive dealership sales and F&I professionals. The Service includes AI coaches (Coach Maverick and Coach Sterling), structured training paths, session recaps, and manager tools.

    3. User Accounts

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • Account access is role-based (Sales, F&I, Manager) and governed by your dealership's subscription.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or training content
    • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
    • Use the AI coaches to generate content that is misleading, discriminatory, or harmful
    • Interfere with the operation of the Service

    5. Intellectual Property

    All training content, AI coach personas, module curricula, and platform technology are the exclusive property of DealerSpark AI. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your dealership's internal training purposes.

    6. AI-Generated Content

    The AI coaches provide training guidance based on industry best practices. AI-generated coaching advice and wordtracks are for training purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring all customer interactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

    7. Subscription & Billing

    • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
    • Pricing is based on the number of users and dealership locations.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    DealerSpark AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized training analytics data for product improvement purposes.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
